Daniel Craig

Even Daniel Craig's amazingly sculpted abs couldn't save this flick from mediocrity...

Everyone questions Eric's judgment as the crew takes on the summer blockbuster "Cowboy & Aliens".

"Clone Wars" director Genndy Tartakovsky is set to take on the new animated family comedy "Hotel Transylvania" about a vacation resort run by the count himself. But wait, he's also a dad! Adam Sandler, who is somewhat tolerable, will play Dracula, Kevin James, who is not tolerable, will play Frankenstein and Fran Drescher who is just lovely will play his bride.

Speaking of Dracula, Asia Argento, who is Dario Argento's daughter and therefore bat shit insane, has posted a bunch of pictures on her twitter account from the set of "Dracula 3D". The film is a new retelling of the classic vampire story by said bat shit insane girl's father. And if the pictures bore you there's some other ones from her recent vacation to Colonial Williamsburg. I assume.

Dimension Films has picked up the rights to Kyle Kurpinski and Terry D. Johnson's sci-fi book "How to Defeat Your Own Clone" with the plans of adapting it for the big screen. The book, which is something of a handbook, is a comedic romp into the world of what to do when the machines rise up and try to destroy us all. Which I think was suppose to happen a few weeks ago. Little late with the advice, fellas.

A new poster for the upcoming Daniel Craig flick "Dream House" has hit the tubes and it's kind of bad ass. Mostly because it's got Daniel Craig in it and he could take all of us in a fight. Well I'm guessing he could. I don't know who's reading this. If The Rock is reading this I don't think he could take you. Also I'd like to hang out with you if that's possible.

With so many people signing on to the zombie apocalypse film "World War Z" it's kind of nice to see Ed Harris and Matthew Fox both backing out of their roles in the movie. Ya know, cause seeing other people's misery makes me feel better about myself. Fox's departure is due to a scheduling conflict and as of now the reason Harris is out is uncertain but I bet it's because everyone on the set kept asking him what it was like to play Robocop. Till the day I die I will insist that was him.

Today we get a look at the first still to come from season 6 of "Dexter" which is currently filming down in Miami. In it you'll see Dexter doing some of his crime type work and looking all technical up in this piece. Plus he's holding something weird in a bag which I guess is some sort of spoiler but honestly I have no idea how. Good post, huh? I'm awesome at stuff.

Rod Serling, the guys who brought us "The Twilight Zone" along with countless other classics looks to be next in line to get the biopic treatment. Details are slim right now but Sterling's widow, Carol Serling, will be a producer on the film and "Wall Street" co-writer Stanley Weiser will pen the script. Pray they do it justice because the only thing more frightening then a group of angry nerds is a group of angry old nerds.

I am happy to report that the upcoming Daniel Craig flick "Dream House" has been slapped with an R rating by the MPAA. The movie focuses on a family that moves into a home only to discovers it was the setting for a brutal murder. I assume there's some sort of spooky happenings that take place shortly after the big move and hats off to the filmmakers for sacking up and throwing in some blood and maybe even some boobs. Keep your fingers crossed.

If Daniel Craig punched you in the face not only would your head explode but your future child's would too. That's a well known fact. It's on the internet! So look at his commanding pose in the new "Cowboys & Aliens" poster and give him the respect he demands. Give it to him! Or your entire bloodline will immediately become a bunch of headless freaks. You've been warned.

Put it in the books folks, it's officially boner time! Yeah I said it. Why you might ask? Well because season 2 of "The Walking Dead" has officially begun filming and the jolly young fellows at AMC have posted a new behind the scenes video from the first day of filming. From the looks of things we get started on the road to magic town this season and things get hectic real quick. Boner time, it's the most special time of the year.

In a recent interview Liv Tyler drop the knowledge that she has no idea what the hell is going on with "The Strangers 2" which has apparently had a script sitting around for a while now. Along with not having a clue on the status she also hinted to the fact that she most likely won't have anything to do with the film if it does happen. She also said that she loves unicorns and thinks Hollywood is confusing and stuff. I'm sorry, that first part about unicorns was a lie. She seems like a perfectly nice girl and I shouldn't take out my anger on her. Girls didn't like me in High School... there I've finally said it.

Oh come on! They're already planning a season 5 of "True Blood"?! Haven't we suffered enough? According to the jagoffs in Hollywood it looks like Scott Foley has been added to the cast as a character that if you knew the name of would spoil something that happens in season 3 which starts this Sunday. Confused? Good. You look adorable when you get all cross eyed and drooley.

Director Stephen Soderberg has fast tracked his next project, the outbreak action-thriller "Contagion". Joining him will be Matt Damon, Jude Law, Kate Winslet and Marion Cotillard. So far, the origin of the outbreak is unknown but investigation shows it is narrowed down to either a viral situation or runaway actor egos.

Normally I don't like to fuel crazy rumors, but this one is too good to pass up. The story that Universal is a planning a possible "Jaws" remake has been around for awhile. Think a reboot is bad enough? How about a reboot starring Tracy Morgan in the place of Matt Hooper?

In other star packed ego news, Rachel Weisz will star along side Daniel Craig and Naomi Watts in the haunted house thriller "Dream House". Reportedly, Weisz will be filling the lead role originally given to Watts.

"Paranormal Activity" continues to make waves as it scares the vino out of Italy. The country's emergency response service has been flooded with calls from teenagers and youth suffering from panic attacks after viewing the commercials. So far, the government has yet to ban the film.

Draco Malfoy has joined the cast of "The Apparition", a story about a couple haunted after a college experiment. So far, it would appear that Tom Feldon is going to be cast as the film's 'star power'.

Ti West prepares to head behind the camera once again, this time with a spooky tale of a haunted hotel in "The Innkeepers".

Jessica Alba finds herself headlining a controversial horror film that was the last to be picked up at the recent Sundance Film Festival. Alba left part way through the first screening of "The Killer Inside Me", leaving director Michael Winterbottom to field angry questions as to why it was necessary to show such gratuitous violence towards women.

The Syfy Channel continues its legacy of "high quality" films as it prepares to revisit some classic fairy tales, with a twist. Slated for remakes are "Little Red Riding Hood", and "Hansel and Gretel".

Daniel Craig will be exchanging his dapper "Bond" trappings for a set of spurs as he signs on to headline Jon Favreau's big screen adaptation of "Cowboys & Aliens".

Scout Taylor-Compton rambles on via YouTube about why she doesn't want to play Laurie Strode in a Zombie-less "Halloween 3". She never mentions if anyone has actually ASKED her to.
