Wait a second, there's a third Olsen twin?! Yes I know that doesn't make any sense but work with me here. Elizabeth Olsen stars in the new remake of "The Silent House", a movie I did not know existed let alone was being remade, but none of that matters now that we have a third Olsen twin. Rejoice!

There's a new "Scream 4" trailer! Get pumped people. The best part? I'm 99% sure it features the exact same clips that were in that Canadian trailer that made it's way to the tubes a few days back. Isn't that awesome?! Things I've seen before are fun to watch again!

Adrien Brody has been fighting to keep his film "Giallo", which is suppose to be a giant pile of doodie, from finding its way to DVD. Don't worry though the legal fun had nothing to do with the quality of the movie, Brody just wanted to make sure he was paid in full for his "acting skills". I like to use sarcasm quotes. Anyway the suit is settled and the flick will now find its way to DVD. Happy days!

Sacha Gervasi, the guy who made the kick ass documentary "Anvil! The Story of Anvil" is currently working on a new biopic of one Mr. Alfred Hitchcock. No the film will not be a documentary but I like to think that Gervasi isn't just a one trick pony. I for instance am good at both drinking beer and downloading illegal porn. Some people are just gifted.

Hurtling toward a dense, jungle planet Royce (Adrien Brody) awakens in time to deploy his shoot and crash land into the canopy. Upon reaching the ground his disorientation turns to horror as he meets eight other humans -- well trained killers all -- who have also awakened to find themselves on this distant world. These unlikely teammates come to realize that they are part of an intergalactic hunting expedition put on by a group of highly evolved Predators. The group must stick together and distinguish friend from foe if they are to survive.

Joe shows up late and judges Eric, who finally sat through an entire movie for the show.

Alright who let Adrien Brody near the science kit? Whoever it was only has themselves to blame for his new super human animal hybrid creature. Need proof? Check out the new trailer for "Splice"

If you're planning to attend the South by Southwest (SXSW) festival this year, you should definitely check out the the so-called "First Look" screening of the Robert Rodriguez-produced, Nimrod Antal-directed action flick "Predators", a film I'm still on the proverbial fence about. Topher Grace and Adrien Brody? Really?

Speaking of Adrien Brody, talented direct Vincenzo Natali's highly-anticipated monster movie "Splice" is set to terrify audiences on June 4th. It's always nice to have a potentially nifty horror flick scheduled for a summer release.

Although I have my doubts as to whether or not this project will ever get off the ground, it would appear that Todd McFarlane is still spreading rumors that another "Spawn" film is in the works. I'm excited about the idea as much as the next nerd, but I'm not going to hold my breath. No sense setting myself up for soul-crushing disappointment.

Adrian Brody and Sarah Polley star in the new film "Splice" about two genetic engineers and the creature they create when they splice together human and animal DNA. Written and directed by Vincenzo Natali of "Cube" fame, while the film looks kind of silly, I will totally give it my open mind in hopes it comes close to Cube's compact tension building mind-fuck.
