Horror Headlines: Thursday September 27th, 2012

While Joe finalizes his move to Chicago Casey and I will be helping out on the news desk. Today's random thought? People who refer to podcasts as having "seasons" are dumb and they should stop. That is all.

Check out the interior of Eli Roth's "Goretorium" haunted house in Las Vegas. If you follow him on twitter he was posting pictures of lines around the block for its opening last night. Sounds great, except you'd have to live in Vegas and that sounds awful.

People are using GIF's now to promote their horror films, like that one for the Ethan Hawke film "Sinister". I could have used a few GIF's of Jennifer Lawrence last week to keep me interested in "House at the End of the Street"... missed opportunity.

Go behind the scenes of "Hotel Transylvania". We decided it looked too "Dreamworksy" for us to review it on the podcast. If a vampire doesn't make that stupid Dreamworks face at one point I'll give you my TV.

Joe Dante has announced some select screening dates and cities for "The Hole 3D". This has led other horror site owners to nearly have an aneurysm trying to come up with pun headlines. Get it, HE'S OPENING HIS HOLE. Congrats guys, we're all stupider for having read that.

In Real People News:

By the time you find yourself being kicked out of a porn store while drunk, you've probably already made a few bad decisions in life. Let's not compound it by biting the clerk in the leg. That's just not classy.
