Mindblowing "Big Man Japan" Trailer

Here at Bloody Good Horror, we frequently voice our appreciation of films from Japan, China, North Korea, and Thailand (among others), even if we can never truly understand them as much as we'd like. In a recent runaround on YouTube, I think I may have found a film that exemplifies this disconnect perfectly; "Dai-Nipponjin (Big Man Japan)."

Synopsis via IMDB:

An eccentric man aged about 40 lives alone in a decrepit house in Tokyo. He periodically transforms into a giant, about 30 meters tall, and defends Japan by battling similarly sized monsters that turn up and destroy buildings.

It sounds like such a simple, innocent premise until you feast your eyes on this trailer, which is decidedly NSFW not just for what appear to be genitalia themed monsters, but because I wouldn't want anyone I know catching me watching it.

The snippets of reviews that I've read say that this film is actually pretty funny, but I'm not so sure that I'd be able to get past all of the throbbing nastiness. Either way, there's no doubt that "Big Man Japan" will be burned in my brain forever whether or not I end up seeing it.
