So if you're looking to kill some time, and for some reason HAVEN'T played the original Dead Rising - now's the time. Dead Rising 2 was just released, and Amazon slashed the price of the original to $10!!! And I bet if you looked, you could probably find it even cheaper used. Unfortunately, I think the original was only available on the XBOX360.
This is easily one of my all time favorite zombie games. It's almost like playing a chapter out of your favorite Romero movie. You're trapped in a mall, and anything - ANYTHING - can be a weapon. I think I amused myself for hours just putting buckets on zombies' heads.
The game is extremely deep, and has a high level or replayablity. From the character customization abilities, to the story arcs & achievements, even at full price it's well worth the money. You won't be disappointed.
