Rob Zombie Offers Lifetime Laminate Pass To Concerts

Are you a die hard Rob Zombie music fan?  Want a chance to help him make his next gore-tastic movie?  If you have $1,000 to spare you could kill two birds with one stone.

Remember when Rob Zombie said he wasn't going to make any more horror movies?   Yeah, we all knew that was never going to stick.  He's been quietly working on his next feature length film "31", except this time he's doing it without studio involvement.  He's setup his own funding page to keep this film completely indiependent and completely fan sourced.

Now, there isn't a whole lot of info on Zombie's new flick "31"; it's about five people who are kindapped on the first of October and forced to fight for their lives in some kind of death reality show.  RZ promises it will be extra gorey and have lots of scary clowns.  I'm not here to talk about "31" though. I'm here to talk about the latest big money item up for offer as an incentive to back the movie.   For $1,000, you can have a "Forever Pass" that gets you into every single Rob Zombie concert that you can get yourself to.  That's right; every single concert.

Sure, not everybody is a fan or Zombie the director, but he has a big following as Zombie the rock star.  Considering the current trend of ridiculous Ticket Master fees, parking fees, expensive beer and the like...$1,000 for every Rob Zombie concert, ever, until he dies?  That doesn't sound to bad.  I honeslty expected this to be closer to a $5,000 item when I first read the headline.

On the purchase page for the lifetime laminate, they make sure to point out that your pass doesn't include travel or accomodations.  It also doesn't offer backstage access, as the term "All Access" might lead you to believe.  There's also no mention on what kind of seats you can expect to have once you arrive, or if you're stuck back in the lawn section.  To be honest though, of the two Rob Zombie shows I've been to?  The lawn section's where the party is at anyways.

No word on if this is a limited time offer or not, but there's only 25 days left on the counter to back "31", so I'd use that for a loose guidline.
