I don't know about you folks but now that I'm spending most of my time at home I've started to hit the cake pretty hard. So in the hopes of balancing some of that out, we thought it would be a good time to get back out there and run a 5K at a safe distance from each other. Also, Eric started exercising again and he's forcing us to do this.
On the weekend of May 15th we'll be doing just that. Between the morning of Friday, May 15 through the evening of Sunday, May 17 we will be going out to run or walk a virtual 5k with you. Unlike our annual 5K - which we'll be doing again in October - we won't be giving out medals or prizes but we do hope this gives everyone a chance to share their photos, tweets, or however else you want to interact with the #BGH5K hashtag. You can still send in your results to firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll for sure shout out some of our fastest times. Jon is also the defending champ and wants to keep talking smack.
