Elijah Wood loves Sasha Grey: The "Open Windows" Trailer

As Elijah Wood continues his effort to become the creepiest young actor in Hollywood, Sasha Grey continues her path to becoming a mainstream film actress in the flick "Open Windows". The film is directed by Nacho Vigalando of "Time Crimes" fame, so it has a solid, if unproven, pedigree behind it. Judging from this trailer, they may have thrown something together that looks entertaining, though not necessarily new. It's one part "Rear Window" and one part "Blair Witch", in that they're trying a first person gimmick to add some tension.

But when Jill refuses to honor the contest, her manager Chord (Neil Maskell, Wild Bill, Pusher) makes an offer he can't refuse: the ability to view Jill secretly via computer. Nick begins watching the unknowing star on her webcam, not realizing that this decision will put both himself and Jill at risk as they enter a terrifying world of cat-and-mouse where nothing-and no one-are as they seem."

The movie hits VOD on October 2nd followed by a limited theatrical release on November 11th.
