Akroyd On "Ghostbusters 3" Filming Schedule

When Dan Aykroyd walks into a room to talk with some Bostonians about the grand opening of the new House Of Blues the first question is probably pretty obvious. What’s up with "Ghostbusters 3"? Well the answer was short and sweet my friends.

Script is commenced early summer. Hope to be in production by late fall 2009.

What this broken english means is that the movie is still somewhat up in the air. But the good news is that in a few months we should have the final word on if a “Ghostbusters 3” is going to happen.

The script that was written by “The Office” writers Lee Eisenberg and Gene Stupnitsky is rumored to have been well received by the big boys at the studio and only needed minor edits. Should be more on this in the coming months.

The yah or nah for the movie should come around the same time as the 25th anniversary of the original movie. A number of releases are set to commemorate the anniversary including the release of the new Ghostbusters video game on June 16th. You can check out the trailer to the video game below. Looks pretty awesome to me.

Drinking beer I enjoy for good time and make relaxation for everyone. Disney World is my land favorite time for me. Horror movies? Yes. That’s me for a nutshell.
