liam neeson

Here's a new poster for "Unknown" staring Liam Neeson as a husband who visits Germany, gets into a car accident that lands him in a coma and then wakes up to find he's been replaced in the world. The horror of it? He has to stay in Germany to try and solve the mystery.

"Alien vs. Ninja" is a Japanese horror flick from the same producers of "Tokyo Gore Police". This means nothing to me because every Japanese horror film is the same, but I suppose it still might excite some. The film which revolves around a ninja who battles and alien hits DVD and Blu-Ray here in the US on February 22nd.

Anyone else remember those "Dorf on Golf" videos? Well Stephen Dorff apparently had nothing to do with those. He did however have a lot to do with "Blade" and is working on details for a prequel that would see him starring in the film as a sort of Scarface Vampire type. Still it would be nice if he did some golfing in a midget outfit. That crap was hilarious.

"There's Nothing Out There" is a movie I've never seen but it's from the gang at Troma so I can pretty much guess what I'd be getting. For those of you who have seen it, or if you want to see it, the 20th anniversary DVD will hit shelves on January 11th. Just in time for that special someone on your holiday list who you don't care enough to see before the actual holidays.

The guys behind both "Paranormal Activity" films have plans to create a show for the small screen in the near future. The show will be called "Paranormal Activities" and will feature real ghosts doing everyday fun tasks just like us livin' folk. Alright that's a lie, but they are working on a show.

Much to my surprise "Let Me In" has received a big old R rating from the MPAA. Apparently the movie's going to feature "strong bloody horror violence, language and a brief sexual situation". Brief sexual situation? So much for being toned down.

Are Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Scarlett Johansson attached to the big screen adaptation of "Breathers: A Zombie's Lament"? Sounds iffy but I've actually read the book and I feel it's important for my self esteem to report on movies that have to do with the dozen or so books I've read over the years. Me read pretty one day!

Liam Neeson is all fired up and ready to star in "The Grey". The film focuses is on a a group of pipeline workers who come in contact with a pack of wild wolves after their plane crashes in Alaska. Liam Neeson, he's what's for dinner.

"The Cell 2" hits DVD and Blu-Ray June 16th, and the artwork's at the link. You know, in case you thought there were unanswered questions from the original.

There's a new "Uncle Coffins" commercial up at the "H2" Myspace, and still nothing from Danielle Harris. The wait continues...

Hot chick Erica Leerhsen is in "The Message", which has a trailer at the link. Leerhsen's prevous credits include "The Texas Chainsaw Massacre" (2003) and "Blair Witch 2: Book of Shadows".

I'm not really sure that I'm anticipating Park Chan Wook's "Thirst" as much as everyone else is, but Twitch calls this trailer "brilliant", so I guess I'm just going to roll with it. Check it at the link.

Liam Neeson and Ralph Feinnes will star in the "Clash of the Titans" remake currently in development over at Warner Bro's. That may be more fancy Britishness than one set is capable of handling.
