Clive Barker's comic book "Seduth" will be presented in 3D when it's released in October. The story follows "a man driven by his darkest impulses to oblivion and back after being exposed tot he contents of a priceless diamond".

Picture this: A sitcom called "Coffee & Donuts" starring Joe Lynch and Adam Green. Ya, that was the same reaction I had. Apparently it will be based on Green's first short film, and had originally been pitched to UPN a few years ago. Now that the rights have floated back Green's way, he is pitching it as a vehicle for him and Lynch, and studios are showing interest. This may be enough to get me back into watching regular television. Stay tuned!

Sony has picked up the rights to "[REC]2" from the Toronto International Film Festival. Sony was previously responsible for the remake "Quarantine", as well as releasing the original film on DVD.

First TV spot for "Saw VI". So, it's officially that time of year when your non horror-loving friends start saying "they're really making ANOTHER one of these???".

Here are details of Darren Lynn Bousman's next film "Abattoir". His previous film was "Repo: The Genetic Opera".

The first official teaser poster for "A Nightmare on Elm St.". It's still shadowy (as was yesterday's picture that came out), so hopefully we'll get a real nice look at Freddy Krueger sooner rather than later.

Official poster for "Saw VI". All I'm saying is, these people know how to make promotional art.

And speaking of "Saw", the director of the original, James Wan will be directing "Castlevania". He'll be working on his own version of the script with Producer Paul W.S. Anderson, and taking over helming duties from there. So, as of now it sounds like this long dormant project has some new life in it.

Cool new motion poster for "Saw VI". This seems to be the new studio trend and I like it, except of course for the incredibly obnoxious music that you can't control. Might want to do something about that, guys.

The Syfy channel's remake of "Children of the Corn" will debut in September... just in time for harvest!

No one's sure exactly how it is going to happen, but news was reported yesterday that the original "Saw" is going to be converted into the new "Real-D" 3D technology. Would you pay to see the film again in a theater, with the new spin?

I can't possibly imagine that this is the first still from "Cabin Fever 2: Spring Fever", a film that seems like it's been in development for about 6 years now, but that's what the internet tells me. It was directed by a talented guy named Ti West, which is good, but all of the delays and the behind the scenes rumors do not give me hope.

"The Strangers 2" begins filming in September. Any ideas for a subtitle? How about "The Strangers 2: Even Strangier".

"Night of the Dead Reanimated" holds a "video art gallery" featuring some of the artists in their rendition of the Romero classic. That actually sounds like a great idea.

Yvonne Strahovski from "Chuck" to star in survivalist horror film called "The Canyon". The plot deals with a couple honeymooning in the Grand Canyon, who end up just trying to survive after meeting a "charismatic and mysterious guide".

Word from Robert Rodriguez's camp is that "Predators" will be a sequel and not a remake. There are also rumblings that they're trying to get Arnold Schwarzenegger back in some type of extended cameo, but we'll see how that turns out.

Not sure this is good news, but "Saw VI" director Kevin Gruetert calls his post production experience "mind numbingly complex". Ya, this should be interesting.

Before being released on DVD in October, Mike Dougherty's "Trick 'R Treat" will be doing a festival run, where you might be able to check it out if you live in one of the corresponding areas.
