Little birdies are telling me that the trailer for "The Wolfman" will be hitting the internet today. However since I get up at the crack of dawn like an old man, it's not up yet. Check back for updates???

ABC is at the top of the heap when it comes to picking up "Clive Barker's Hotel", the series being written by Marcus Dunstan and Patrick Melton. It also turns out that McG's production company is in talks to produce, with the possibility that old G might take a hand at directing down the line.

A movie that doesn't exist yet, "Resident Evil: Afterlife", has a release date set for August 27th, 2010. That's a little more than a year away.

Say what you will about the people behind "Saw", they they sure know how to make awesome posters.

Here are details of Darren Lynn Bousman's next film "Abattoir". His previous film was "Repo: The Genetic Opera".

The first official teaser poster for "A Nightmare on Elm St.". It's still shadowy (as was yesterday's picture that came out), so hopefully we'll get a real nice look at Freddy Krueger sooner rather than later.

Official poster for "Saw VI". All I'm saying is, these people know how to make promotional art.

And speaking of "Saw", the director of the original, James Wan will be directing "Castlevania". He'll be working on his own version of the script with Producer Paul W.S. Anderson, and taking over helming duties from there. So, as of now it sounds like this long dormant project has some new life in it.

Cool new motion poster for "Saw VI". This seems to be the new studio trend and I like it, except of course for the incredibly obnoxious music that you can't control. Might want to do something about that, guys.

The Syfy channel's remake of "Children of the Corn" will debut in September... just in time for harvest!

No one's sure exactly how it is going to happen, but news was reported yesterday that the original "Saw" is going to be converted into the new "Real-D" 3D technology. Would you pay to see the film again in a theater, with the new spin?

I can't possibly imagine that this is the first still from "Cabin Fever 2: Spring Fever", a film that seems like it's been in development for about 6 years now, but that's what the internet tells me. It was directed by a talented guy named Ti West, which is good, but all of the delays and the behind the scenes rumors do not give me hope.

"The Strangers 2" begins filming in September. Any ideas for a subtitle? How about "The Strangers 2: Even Strangier".

The first teaser trailer for [REC]2 has arrived and it's a doozy! It looks like more of the same, but there is definitely some good action going here. Later in the day three clips were posted from the new film that are notable for a complete lack of excitement.

Tobin Bell confirms there is an eighth "Saw" movie planned and doesn't deny a ninth. He also failed to acknowledge the dead horse in the room that he was continually beating during the interview. Bell next's reprisal of his Jigsaw role is in the upcoming "Saw" video game, now being shown at E3.

Marking yet another promising creative team to leave the franchise, "Martyrs" director Pascal Laugier is no longer helming the "Hellraiser" remake. There was no reason given but it seems that this remake is quickly becoming a comedy of errors.

In bizarro reboot news, Courtney Cox-Arquette and David Arquette have signed on to the "Scream" reboot. Earlier rumors also pointed to Jamie Kennedy reprising his role. Could this be a first: a remake with the same cast? Do-over!

The first shots of Josh Brolin as Jonah Hex arrive online. They seem rather subdued when compared to the Thomas Jane pics that surfaced last year before Brolin was cast.
