The Violent Sibling Rivalry of "Bioshock 2" (VIDEO)

The only thing scarier than the havoc you can wreak as a Big Daddy is the challenge you'll face from the Big Sister. These two videos exemplify the carnage we're in for with "Bioshock 2".

We're Back! A Look at the Redesign

As you may have heard from the podcast, I've been working my tiny ass off for the past week giving Bloody Good Horror a complete back-end and visual upgrade. I can now say in confidence that I have navigated the Fire Swamp of database errors and design challenges, and can now tell tales of what I've done, and what to look forward to!

The Horror of "The Junior Christian Science Bible Lesson"

There is a reason that we do "Real People News" on the site everyday. There are things that exist in this world that are so bizarre and obscene that even the most creative writer couldn't do them justice. "The Junior Christian Science Bible Lesson" is one of those things.

The Haunted World of El Superbeasto Trailer, Date

Although it's nearly impossible to imagine any of us (besides Casey!) sending positive vibes Rob Zombie's way, I can honestly say I've always had very high hopes for "The Haunted World of El Superbeasto," a Lucha Libre inspired animated feature that mixes sex, violence, and general wackiness with an oddly stacked cast of famous and semi-famous voice actors such as Rosario Dawson and Paul Giamatti. As this trailer indicates, "...Superbeasto" won't at all resemble a high-end experience, but looks to be pretty fun.

"Saw" Video Game Preview Features Toilet Diving

Although the release of the "Saw: The Video Game" (Spaceballs the Flamethrower?) is months away, IGN recently posted this video preview that finally offers a little more insight into the general makeup of the game.

'Crash Course' DLC for L4D is Only Free for Some

Presumably to muffle the cries of their colicky fanbase over the abrupt announcement and impending release of "Left 4 Dead 2", Valve will be releasing a new campaign for the original game in September. However, unlike the last pack of DLC that included new multiplayer maps and an entirely new online mode, XBOX360 users are going to have to pony up the dough for the new "Crash Course" campaign.

"'Splosion Man" (XBLA) Mini-Review

When I first bought my Xbox two years ago, I figured that I wouldn't be using the online component much, and just buying big name titles and staying on top of the current generation of games. These days, I still pop in a disc now and then, but I find that some of my best experiences with the console were downloaded through the Live Arcade, and Twisted Pixels' "'Splosion Man," is no different.

Piss on Punx in "Metalocalypse: Dethgame"

If I know anything about lovers of Metal-related irony, it's that they absolutely never get sick of it. Nothing proves this more than Adult Swim's "Metalocalypse." Not content to let "Brutal Legend" steal their thunder in the Metal game genre, Konami and Frozen Codebase have unleashed a pre-alpha build of "Metalocalypse: Dethgame" upon the world of SDCC. It seems that the reaction to very early build has turned out to be a bit lukewarm:

Spray Some Blood with L4D2's Melee Weapons

One of the things that was missing from the original "Left 4 Dead" was melee weapons. Sure, guns, Molotov cocktails, and pipe bombs are cool, but do you really think that those things would be as easily at your disposal when the zombie apocalypse comes? Thankfully, the omission is being rectified in "Left 4 Dead 2," and this off-screen video from the floor of this week's San Diego Comicon shows just how fun (and bloody!) these new additions can be:

XBOX Live Netflix Movie Parties Coming Soon!

The New Xbox Experience (NXE) was shipped with the promise of all of these amazing features, many of which were sadly absent from the first iteration. Although there are many more to come, a lot of these features will be popping up for "selected users" next week, including the one I'm most excited about, Movie Parties on Netflix!
