Trailer: After Dark Horrorfest's "The Reeds"

Been a while since I’ve seen a good old fashioned creepy split faced ghost women. Scratch that I don’t think I’ve ever seen that before but thanks to the trailer for “The Reeds” I can now die a happy man. Thanks guys.

The film is about a group of friends who go on a weekend boating trip and find themselves trapped with the ghosts of the reeds. Why anyone would go on a weekend boating trip in the middle of what looks like a large swamp is beyond me but it’s something different I guess.

Trailer: "Nightscape" Will Mess With Your Head

Somebody want to tell me what the hell is going on in the teaser for “Nightscape”? There’s a girl with some pod people and then a women bleeding from the head. Oh and I think they threw in a balloon for good measure. I’m pretty sure this is all symbolic of something but I have no clue what. Maybe I’m dumb.

The movie is about three high school students who find themselves trapped in a nightmare world and sprout magical powers. Not that you would get that from the four and a half minute clip below but you should still give it a shot.

Trailer: After Dark's "The Final"

While I love a good High School revenge film the makers of "The Final" made one gigantic mistake. When you have a movie set in a high school with a bunch of bitchy girls you never actually cast real teenage girls. Rose McGowan was in her mid-twenties when she was cast a high school student in "Jawbreaker", and in turn I did not feel like a scumbag watching her.

Trailer: "The Book Of Eli" Hits Theaters Today

The new Hughes brothers film "The Book Of Eli" hits theaters today for your viewing pleasure and my hopes are high. While the duo are probably best known for their mid-90s film "Menace II Society" they've also dabbled in the horror genre with the 2001 Jack the Ripper tale "From Hell". And that starred a dreamy Johnny Depp so you can't really complain there.

Trailer: "The Graves" Comes To Horrorfest

Nothing wrong with a good old fashion girls in skimpy tops running around a creepy old gas station being chased by a bunch of nut bags. It's a story as old as time and one that looks to play out very nicely in the new with "The Graves" by Brian Pulido. The flick stars a mix of newbie's as well as some seasoned vets like Bill Moseley and Tony Todd.

Video: New Clip For The French Film "The Horde"

Le Holy Crap, or whatever they say over in France when something cool happens. A new clip, or le clip, has come out for the French film "The Horde" and is available for your viewing pleasure below. The movie focuses on a group of criminals who find themselves trapped in a condemned building which just happens to be home to a horde of flesh eating monsters. I don't know what the group says when the creature busts into the room but I like to think it's something along the lines of, "Oh no it is a creature, he has come to take our baguettes and cheese!

Video: Another Clip From "Legion"

Another day, another clip from "Legion". At this point I'm pretty sure you could piece the entire film together with the amount of clips they've put out but I've still got hope for this one. The new snippet you can check out below for instance has a pretty good little freak-out at the end. I mean you have to put in your date of birth, so you know it's going to be good. Take a look for yourself and check out "Legion" when it hits theaters on January 22nd.

Trailer: "Spartacus: Blood and Sand" Produced By Sam Raimi

If you got to the movie theater 40 minutes early for "Daybreakers" this past weekend you probably caught a clip of the new Starz series "Spartacus: Blood and Sand". You may have also noticed one Mr. Sam Raimi's named tossed in the long list of producer credits in the preview for the show.

Trailer: Jennifer Tilly In "The Caretaker"

While I have no way of actually proving it I'm 99% sure that Jennifer Tilly is a robot. I've had a boyhood crush on her for most of my life now and she's looked almost exactly the same the entire time. Case in point is the trailer for her new film "The Caretaker". Your average run of the mill kids get trapped in a house with a killer on Halloween film. Will I see it when it comes out on DVD February 23rd? You bet your hot ass I will, it's got Jennifer Tilly in it. Robot or not she's still pretty awesome. Check out the trailer below for yourself.
