Earlier today my wife sent me a photo of Danny Trejo hanging out with Rihanna and now I stumble upon the new video for Maylene and the Sons of Disaster's song "Open your Eyes" which just so happens to star Mr. Trejo as well. I think it's safe to say that our favorite mustached Mexican is officially Hollywood's new "it" boy. Or something. I don't know, in the video below he plays a creepy guy who kidnaps women. Just like Brad Pitt use to.

Never let it be said that we here at Bloody Good Horror don't give back to the community. No we don't volunteer at homeless shelters or read to old people but we do like to spread the word when our fellow horror lovers need some help. "Myctophobia" is a new short film that will be premiering at The Days Of The Dead Convention July 6th-8th in Indianapolis, IN as a part of the series The Collective Volume 4.

We here at the Bloody Good Horror offices are pleased to announce that we have once again been nominated for Best Horror Podcast at the Splatcademy Awards over at DeadLantern.com. This marks the second year in a row that we've been nominated and yes it's an honor to be nominated and blah blah blah but truth be told we want to win. I don't know about the rest of the crew but I personally need a constant stream of affection and praise to keep the well oiled machine that is my sarcasm running.

Oh how the mighty have fallen. Not that the "The Howling" movies were ever mighty but Joe Dante's original has a special spot in most horror fan's hearts and the sequels were always good for a watch. Wasn't there one where a tiny little werewolf was birthed and then we got to see it's long journey from it's mother poom poom up to her nipple? Or did I make that all up in my head?

Poland's Behemoth are so freakin evil it will make you gouge your eyes out. Need proof? Check out their new video for their track "Lucifer" off of 2009's "Evangelion". It's so chock full of evil that I don't even know what to do with myself. What took them so long to make the video you might ask? Well lead singer Adam "Nergal" Darski was busy kicking leukemia's ass all over the place, fighting charges that stem from a 2007 incident where he tore up a bible on stage in his homeland and lastly landing a spot on Poland's version of "The Voice". Seriously, that last one isn't a joke.

I had always wondered what porn stars dream about when they're on acid. I'm pretty sure I know now because I've watched the 4+ minute promo video for Bridget Marquardt's 2011 Halloween costume line, Bridget By Roma. Pretty much what you get is former Playboy Girl Next Door Bridget Marquardt running around some abandoned building while copies of herself dressed in different costumes prance around like mental patients. Costumes like slutty pirate, slutty accountant and gypsy. Seriously the gypsy one isn't that slutty.

Take "Mister Rogers' Neighborhood" with a little bit of "Fraggle Rock" and jack them both up on angel dust and you've pretty much got the new Mastodon video for their track "Deathbound". The song is an unreleased track from their 2009 album "Crack the Skye" and the video was created by the good people at Adult Swim and Authority Films for your viewing pleasure. Enjoy.

My hatred for the band Lordi is equaled only by my confusion as to why anyone would like them. A band that dresses up in giant monster costumes and claims to have never heard of GWAR should be punched in the face, a lot. So when I saw the video below I nearly wet myself with giddy childlike delight. Mostly because I've never fulfilled my childhood dreams and it makes me feel better about myself to see other people fail. And fail hard they do.

Why wouldn't there be a musical version of "The Human Centipede" floating around. "Evil Dead" got one, "The Toxic Avenger" got one so why the hell wouldn't someone want to sing about people getting sowed together ass to mouth. Of course it should be noted that this musical is in no way associated with the Tom Six's movie. It doesn't even follow the same storyline really.

A bunch of news "Scream 4" images have hit the nets and to be honest I'm starting to question everything I've ever thought was holy. I'm speaking of course about the last image in this series which shows a Hayden Panettiere with the same haircut that Patrick Swayze had in "The Outsiders" about to make out with a guy, I think it's a guy, who has the same haircut Jodi Foster in "Taxi Driver". And she was an underage hooker in that! You see what's happened? Wes Craven endorses underage hooking!
