Snapshot: "Gozu" (2003)

This still from Japanese shock-master Takashi Miike's "Gozu", proves that he rivals the best when it comes to creating images that illicit WTF's from viewers. The film, which boasts the tongue-twisting original title "Gokudô kyôfu dai-gekijô: Gozu", was recently released in the US on a 2 disc special edition from Cinema Epoch.
