Hot New Scream 4 Images!

A bunch of news "Scream 4" images have hit the nets and to be honest I'm starting to question everything I've ever thought was holy. I'm speaking of course about the last image in this series which shows a Hayden Panettiere with the same haircut that Patrick Swayze had in "The Outsiders" about to make out with a guy, I think it's a guy, who has the same haircut Jodi Foster in "Taxi Driver".
