Ti West's "House of the Devil" Trailer

Here's the trailer for Ti West's "House of the Devil". You may recognize West's name from his surprisingly effective Indie horror film "The Roost", or the as-yet-unreleased "Cabin Fever 2: Spring Fever". "House of the Devil" is the other project he's been working on, and based on the trailer it's turned out pretty damn good. It will be an official selection at this year's Tribeca Film Festival, and hopefully we'll be seeing it some time in 2009. So, check it out and leave your feedback below. The synopsis goes like this:

In the 1980s, college student Samantha Hughes takes a strange babysitting job that coincides with a full lunar eclipse. She slowly realizes her clients harbor a terrifying secret; they plan to use her in a satanic ritual.

Comments

This was the only film in the Tribeca Film Fest's genre horror line up that I was at all interested in and probably the only film in the entire fest I'm going to see.

The real question is what kind of cameo are they going to squeeze Larry Fessenden into the movie with?

"I like it when they lie still like that."
