Ti West's "House of the Devil" Trailer

Here's the trailer for Ti West's "House of the Devil". You may recognize West's name from his surprisingly effective Indie horror film "The Roost", or the as-yet-unreleased "Cabin Fever 2: Spring Fever". "House of the Devil" is the other project he's been working on, and based on the trailer it's turned out pretty damn good. It will be an official selection at this year's Tribeca Film Festival, and hopefully we'll be seeing it some time in 2009. So, check it out and leave your feedback below. The synopsis goes like this:

In the 1980s, college student Samantha Hughes takes a strange babysitting job that coincides with a full lunar eclipse. She slowly realizes her clients harbor a terrifying secret; they plan to use her in a satanic ritual.

What's New?

“Targets” was a turning point in the grand history of horror movies, neatly dividing the creaky fright flicks of Karloff’s heyday from the more realistic direction the films would take in the 1970s and beyond.
